Roof cleaning and moss treatment
Clearing leaves, needles and branches off the roof, and treating moss and discoloration.
Debris holds moisture against the shingles and ages them early, and it washes into the gutters. Under heavy tree cover, roofs also grow moss and algae on the shady sides.
Cleaning the roof and treating the growth helps the shingles last. Moss that has already lifted or damaged shingles may also need a repair.
