Plumbing vent boot and pipe repair
Replacing cracked or loose vent boots and extending plumbing vent pipes that are too short.
Every plumbing vent pipe that comes through the roof is sealed by a boot. When a boot cracks or pulls loose, water can get in where the pipe comes through.
Vent pipes also need to stick up far enough above the roof to keep rain and snow out. A short pipe is extended.
