Chimney repair cost
Repairing chimney crowns, installing caps, repointing mortar and fixing flues.
The top of a masonry chimney takes the most weather. Cracked crowns and missing caps let water into the chimney, and worn mortar joints weaken it over time.
Most chimney findings are smaller repairs for a mason or chimney professional. A cracked flue or a missing liner is bigger work.
