No. The $49 offer is for pricing a third-party inspection report. Request a construction estimate without an upfront payment. We’ll review the property, work and timeline, then confirm whether an on-site construction visit is needed. Any separately commissioned planning fee would be agreed before booking.

You’ll receive your itemized repair pricing by the next business day after we receive your third-party inspection report. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. For example, a report submitted on Friday is due Monday, unless Monday is a holiday. This turnaround applies to report pricing, not construction completion or an on-site estimate.
Every item in your third-party inspection report priced, split into priority and other, plus a shareable list you can also use for a repair amendment. Pricing is delivered by the next business day after report submission. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We’ll identify scope assumptions and any required site verification. The agent or client can pay the $49 by card. The fee covers report pricing if you don’t hire HomeCloud. The $49 is credited toward your job when HomeCloud does the work.
For pre-listing work, explore financing through Notable. HomeCloud covers the first two months of interest on eligible financing. For eligible closing repairs, HomeCloud can separately agree to complete the work and accept payment from the seller’s sale proceeds. Scope and payment terms are agreed in advance.
