Termite and pest treatment cost
Termite inspections by pest control companies, termite treatment, carpenter bees and rodents.
Termites and other wood-destroying insects can damage a home's framing out of sight. A pest control company inspects for them and, if they're active, treats the home. Wood they've damaged is then repaired.
Bait stations or small drilled holes along the foundation mean a home was treated or monitored in the past. If you're buying, ask the seller whether the program is still active and whether it can transfer to you.
