Foundation vents are the small openings around the bottom of a house with a crawl space. When a vent sits close to the ground, a vent well holds soil back so rain doesn't pour into the crawl space.
Damaged screens and loose vents let pests in, and debris in the vents blocks airflow. Most of these are small repairs.
